The organization aims to provide greater support and facilitate access to business opportunities within the transportation industry for DBE firms, and promote the benefits of transportation and career opportunities within the industry to minorities and grassroots organizations.

It is with great pleasure that COMTO presents its five-year (2006-2010) Strategic Plan.
